Opt-ins take many shapes and forms. Your opt-in could be an ebook, cookbook, checklist, quiz, templates, etc . . . We’ll create a desirable item that your readers are willing to trade their emails for.

Opt-in landing page: This is a 300-500 word page to reassure your reader they’re in the right place and to build excitement for the deliverable they’re about to receive.

Success message: A short 100-word message letting your reader know that their deliverable will show up in their inbox shortly.

Opt-in delivery email: This is what your readers have been waiting for and a chance to connect with your new subscriber. Your opt-in delivery email is a 300-500 word email with the opt-in link and any necessary instructions.

Welcome email sequence: After delivering your desirable opt-in, we’ll continue to connect with your subscriber with a uniquely crafted welcome sequence. This is a series of 5 emails to get the conversation started. A quality welcome sequence will start immediately building trust and nurturing your relationship with your reader.

Baseline report guide: This is a list of analytics you’ll be tracking from now on. This template of common email analytics will help you know if your email marketing is effective.

I don't just create an opt-in and leave you to do the rest – nope! This package gives you absolutely everything you need to implement your opt-in. 

Plus, as part of my signature VIP service, we’ll track your progress. Here’s what that looks like:

STEP 1: I track baseline engagement metrics. To see how your opt-in and email welcome sequence performs, we need a clear picture of where your online community engagement is currently at. 

STEP 2: After the material is live for 1 month, I collect and examine the data. Then I use that data analysis to make the materials even better. 

STEP 3: We do it again. Once the updated materials are live, we check in on the data again after 3 months.

    If you're hoping for something different I’m happy to discuss other options that would work for both of us. Just let me know in your application, and I’ll be happy to chat about an alternative payment plan.

  • Most of your work is done prior to the VIP session and during our kick-off call. During your VIP week, I expect you to be readily available for a quick ask via email or Slack.

    Otherwise, I’m sipping my tea, blasting my “focus” playlist, and uber-focused on creating your copy.

  • I review emails and posts you’ve written to your online community. Plus, I have you complete simple branding workbooks and record our calls. I hone in on the words you use, phrases you repeat, preferred tag lines, and your tone to deliver copy that feels like you.

  • No problem! I curate and schedule your VIP week or weeks to fit your copy needs.

  • Once you apply your application will slide into my inbox. I’ll go over it to make sure we’re a good fit, and then I’ll reach out to you.

    From there, I’ll have you set up a discovery call where we can meet for our virtual coffee and make sure we’re a good fit before moving forward.
